Document & Submission Safety
We handle all submitted files and physical documents with clinical precision and security. Digital submissions for signing appointments are accessed only through encrypted channels and utilized strictly for the performance of notarial acts. Physical documents remain in the direct, continuous custody of the notary throughout the mobile appointment to prevent unauthorized access or duplication.
Data Shredding & Records Destruction
We maintain strict protocols for the deletion and physical destruction of unreturned records. Information not mandated for retention by law or required for customer return is shredded using high-security cross-cut machinery or digitally purged from secure workstations immediately following the appointment.
